It has a used range, could use a new one but the current one works fine. You can put a nice SIX seat table (like I have) in the kitchen or smaller table and chairs for even more room. From the kitchen there are stairs to down into Basement of the house as well as SLIDING GLASS DOORS to go outside on the DECK
The Basement area of the house has a room is split up into 3 SEPERATE ROOMS with DOORS seperating them.totally overhauled with new walls, fresh paint and a bathroom area that is ready to be finished. SEE VIDEO. There was a bathroom when I bought the house but when I re-did the basement I didn't finish it I only made sure ALL THE PLUMBING INSTALLED so a new bathroom is ready to go. All of the landscaping as been torn out. When I moved into the home it was horrible and I never replaced it. I think in my opinion it would be best to have the new owner put some new landscaping in. I ripped it all out and its ready for some flowers or bushes etc to be put in minor work to do
There is also a FRONT porch on the house in the front I rarely used it but I currently have 2 chairs and a bench on it and it is a nice place to just relax in the evening
